Villa Moorings - Barga

The terrace dining experience by the pool with amazing mountain views was a highlight. The charming decor reflected the villa's history, enhancing our stay in this beautiful setting.

The suite was spotless, had a minibar, central heating and a coffee/tea maker. And there was an absolutely breathtaking view to the mountains and old town. The hotel was centrally located on a hill.

Some of the staff were so relaxed.

the room was extremely spacious and elegant with fan and balcony, could leave my car nearby. there was traditional interior. the staff and the owner were all immensely pleasant and pleasant.

The limited views from certain rooms are disappointing!!! Some noise disturbances from other guests can disrupt your peace. These are small annoyances that could be improved!!!

The large bedroom and mini-suite offer charming views from the balcony. Comfortable beds ensure good rest in a well-maintained old building.

The suite's shower takes an eternity to warm up, and there's a notable lack of water availability outside breakfast hours, with overpriced mini-bar choices for hydration.

This villa is a hidden gem with exquisite Art Nouveau décor and spacious rooms. The outdoor swimming pool is a good spot to cool off after exploring Barga. Breakfast is a feast for the senses, with freshly cooked eggs and a wide variety of pastries served by the cheerful staff, especially Nadia.

charming room, lovely breakfast, cute staff, including delicious made-to-order pancakes and accommodating service that greatly enhanced our experience during our recent stay in the junior suite, complete with air-conditioning and a refreshing seasonal outdoor pool for relaxation after exploring.

Nothing could be improved.

The beautiful panoramic views of the surrounding mountains from our junior suite were amazing.

The location is fine, with a lovely outdoor setting perfect for relaxation. The breakfast offerings included homemade organic products, a good highlight. The mini-bar prices for hydration outside breakfast hours felt overpriced. Despite these small annoyances, the warm and accommodating staff were great.

It was just a commendable fit for strolling around in Barga with extraordinarily good value for money. The staff were really helpful in arranging a taxi for us to explore the area. Remember to ask for room upgrades if the initial room doesn't meet expectations.

Nice place with free Wi-Fi, a seasonal outdoor pool, and a cozy bar lounge. The staff was helpful during my first stay, providing great info about the town. I highly recommend it for a relaxing experience.

Charming Stay with Amazing Views

The spacious room featured a lovely terrace with fine mountain views. Breakfast was a highlight, with delicious pastries and fresh eggs. For future guests, consider bringing a kettle for tea. It would enhance the experience .

The rooms at Villa Moorings were fairly quiet and elegant. the hotel's location in Barga was central and convenient. - the presence of a mini fridge bar, air conditioning, and an individual safe in the rooms was awesome. - Villa Moorings was situated close to multiple restaurants and the old town. - Porta Reale was just 1 km away, making it easily accessible from the hotel.

Plenty of room, felt like you could throw a wedding here. Great spot, you could easily walk to all the places we wanted to go 🚶‍♂️.
